Chardia offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering structural issues, problems with stone settings, or plating in gold, silver, or rhodium. The warranty does not cover natural wear, scratches, or misuse of the piece.

You may request an exchange or return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your jewelry. After this period, exchanges or returns are only valid in cases of manufacturing defects, within the 90-day warranty period.
