If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized items and final sale items may not be eligible for return, in accordance with applicable legal exceptions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect or where otherwise required by law.
