Chardia offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering structural issues, stone setting problems, or defects in gold, silver, or rhodium plating. The warranty does not cover natural wear, scratches, or misuse of the piece.
All orders are shipped with a tracking code, which you will receive within up to 2 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is 6 to 15 days from the shipping date, and you can easily and securely track your order status.
You may request an exchange or return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your jewelry. After this period, exchanges or returns are only valid in case of manufacturing defects, within the 90-day warranty period.
